Activity One

This week we you should focus on the following study questions and be sure to post your thoughts on a good answer for one of them:

1. Provide a clear description of Thomas Kuhn's philosophy of science. In doing so, outline his view on the development of a scientific discipline by making use of key concepts from his perspective.

2. Outline the nature of science according to Rom Harre. What are the fundamental issues he holds central? Identify key concepts that are part of his perpsepctive and what importance they have.

3. Provide a clear description of falsificationism according to Sir Karl Popper along with the work of Imre Lakatos on the nature of science. Be sure to identify key concepts tha are part of thier perspectives identifying their importance.

4. Outline the nature of science according to Paul Feyerabend and many feminist scholars who draw from his work. What are the fundamental issues they hold central? Identify key concepts that are part of their perpsepctives and what importance they have.
