Psychological Therapies

Review the links throughout the lecture notes  that deal with the various types of therapy used for psychological disorders.  Select one type of therapy and write brief overview of what you see as the most important aspects of that style.

Also discuss a possible condition or disorder that would best be treated with that style of therapy, and give an example of how that might work.
