We would like to contact Individuals from your organisation and ask them if they would like to participate in an interview about their attitudes towards life in Canada. These young people, between the ages of 15 and 25, can help us to help others through our better understanding of the effects of immigration on youth and their families. We would like to report general findings to your organisation with the intention of helping to answer questions that may be important to the members of your community organisation.

The information from this interview is to be used by Randal Tonks and Anand Paranjpe in their contributions to Research on Immigrations in the Metropolis (RIIM). RIIM is a global project that is focussed on understanding what happens to people as a result of immigration. The information acquired through this project is intended to help other people with better understanding the experiences of immigrants and their adjustment to life in Canada.

Participation in this study is purely voluntary, and strict confidentiality of personal information is maintained throughout. This means that members of your organisation do not have to participate, but will do so only if you give consent for us to contact members of your community by signing this form. No names will be used in the interview, and the name of your organisation will be mentioned only if you provide express written consent.
