Working in pairs you will go online to the college library site and follow the directions that you have been given to locate an article on a psychological topic of your choice.

Once you have found the article, read the abstract and browse through the entire article and provide the following:

1) A Brief description (don't just cut and paste the abstract, but rather write one in your own words).

2) Identify what type of article it is and comment on whether it falls within a qualitative or quantitative type of study.

3) Identify the theory(ies) that is being considered in this study and (if possible) describe the hypothesis(es) being tested.  What are the main variables and what type of analysis is being carried out. Here you should identify both the study design (case study, experimental, correlational, ...) and any statistics (ANVOA, Chi-square, LISREL, Correlation) used.
